How to Order

This website is designed so you can shop online using our secure ecommerce package. We can make any invitation so it is suitable for a wedding, engagement, anniversary, birthday.....just about any event you can think of really!
When you see the invitation you would like, just add it to your basket. When you have everything you would like, just go to the checkout pages, this will show you the total for your order as well as automatically calculate postage within the UK (mainland only) If you live outside the UK, contact us for a postage quote.

We are in the process of adding matching items to each range, but with potentially thousands of additions, this will take some time! If you would like to order matching items such as RSVPs, Thank You cards etc too and cannot add them to your basket, just contact us and we will make a special listing for you with your required items.

Once we recieve your order, we will contact you via email for any colour and sizing choices. We will also ask for your font preference and the wording you would like printed inside. If you are unsure of wording, don't worry, we can help you with this!

Most stationery ranges can be made in a variety of colours and sizes to compliment your theme, and they come with fully personalised printed inserts and white or ivory envelopes.
Coloured or gold and silver envelopes are available for some ranges for a small extra charge

If you do not see what you are looking for please do not hesitate to contact us, We offer a complete bespoke design service for no extra charge. Just let us know your theme and your budget and we can design a couple of samples for you, there is no obligation for you to buy.
Similarly if you are a wedding planner, wedding company, or gift shop, we can design an exclusive range for your company with no outlay to you. Contact us for more details.

All designs can also be made as engagement/general/gay wedding/blessing/civil partnership/birthday invitations etc, We can print invites in most languages (you provide the proof!) For information and prices on any of these, please contact us for details

Most average sized orders will take approximately 21 days from receipt of payment, if you should need your invites quicker than this, please contact us first.

Payment must be made in full before any items are sent out. We accept the following payment methods:
- Direct bank transfer
- Credit or debit cards through Paypal
- Personal cheque, payable to HANDMADE PRETTY THINGS
- Bankers draft or postal orders.
